    Isocetyl Stearoyl Stearate is produced by chemical synthesis, usually by esterification of fatty acids from vegetable oils (such as stearic acid) with isocetyl alcohol. Isocetyl alcohol is a branched fatty alcohol that is derived from the processing of vegetable oils (such as palm oil, coconut oil or rapeseed oil). Therefore, Isocetyl Stearoyl Stearate can be considered an ingredient of natural origin.
